Tuesday 22 September

Good morning. The books are current. Three things need you.

An invoice from Pro-Line Plumbing Supply for $2,340.18 arrived Monday. I can't find a purchase order for it. The items look like the copper and fittings for the Sunridge boiler job.

Dave paid $86.40 at Canadian Tire on the shop card on Saturday. Was that for the shop, or for a job?

Apex Equipment Rentals sent invoice 1187 for $1,120.00. It looks the same as invoice 1182, which you paid on 12 September: same trencher, same dates. I think it's a duplicate.

Done this morning

  • Matched 23 receipts to the bank
  • Coded 41 transactions
  • Sent 3 invoice reminders, in your wording
  • Set 6 supplier invoices to be paid on Friday

From Marianne

The Pro-Line invoice is the only real question today. If it's the Sunridge job I'll file it and ask them for the purchase order so it doesn't happen again. Your accountant has the August bank reconciliation; it went out yesterday afternoon.
